Who is INROADS?
We are is a non-profit organization that develops and places talented minority youth in business and industry, and prepare them via training, for Corporate and community leadership. In a nutshell, we seek talented ethnically diverse students, to apply for PAID internships within Fortune 500 companies (across the U.S.) and we will train them for their professional careers. The majors/career interest we look for most are students interested in Business, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Nursing/Allied Health, Computer Science/IT, Liberal Arts (for Retail/Sales Internships), plus more.

Our internship opportunities are duing the summer months only, and those who participate in this program stand to earn $4,000-10,000 during their 10-weeks!!! Internships through INROADS are designed for Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors (with at least two full summers prior to graduation), and who have a 2.8 GPA or greater.

INROADS Qualifiations:
(1) Have at least a 2.8+ minimum GPA.
(2) Be a Freshmen, Sophomore, or Junior (with atleast two summers prior to graduation).
(3) Have a career interest in Business (Accounting/Finance), Engineering, Allied/Health/Nursing, Computer Science/IT, Technology, or Liberal Arts (for Retail/Sales positions).
(4) Be focused, goal-oriented, and excited for this Next Level Opportunity.
