TEMPORARY POSITIONS FOR THE EPCI STUDENT LEADERSHIP CAMP

JOB TITLE: STUDENT INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT

Job Description: Assist in teaching Leadership Development and Team Building courses to student
officers from Columbus City Schools’ after-school Clubs; tutors students during their exploration of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM); serves as an Ambassador for the Enhanced Pre-College Initiative; collects and compiles performance data; co-facilitates events and workshops; and, provides general summer camp support or office assistance.

Qualifications Required: At least second year undergraduate standing with less than fulltime
enrollment Completion of the “Fundamentals of Engineering” course sequence; knowledge of OSU campus sites and university facts; experience in delivering public presentations and tutoring STEM subjects; and, ability to compile performance data. Desired: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
