Accepting Nominations for the BRC Award for Outstanding Service

In continuing the legacy of acknowledging those who have given freely of their time, talent and energy to better our community throughout the years, the Center is currently seeking nominations for the BRC Award for Outstanding Service by a student, faculty, staff, and community member. If you know any person who has exhibited great service to the OSU African American male community and made an impact on the success of others, please nominate them for this award no later than Friday February 21, 2011, at 5:00 pm. The nomination form is located on the Bell Resource Center’s website, http://oma.osu.edu/current-students/bell-resource-center/programs/recognition.php. You can send nominations by email at Suddeth.1@osu.edu, mail, fax, or in-person delivery.

If the person you nominate is selected he or she will be honored at the Bell Resource Center’s 6th Annual Recognition Ceremony, which will be held on April 13, 2011 at 6:00 pm (doors open at 5:45 pm). The BRC has recognized hundreds of students who have achieved academic success at The Ohio State University. It is our honor to celebrate those who strive for excellence inside and outside the classroom.
