ODI Tutoring Program

Now Registering Students for Tutoring Until Friday, February 4^th!

Program participants are required to complete program affiliated registration and training in order to request tutors.  Training must be completed once during the academic year.

Registration and Training Instructions

·         Log into Carmen

·         On the Carmen navigation bar click “Join”

·         Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Join” again

·         On the “Self Registering Course Offerings Page,”

o   ODI funded or affiliated students (Access Collaborative, Bell Resource Center, Bridge Program, Morrill Scholars Program, Freshman Foundation Program, and Young Scholars Program)

§  Select the course “ODI, Student Retention Services”

§  Complete the program registration form

§  Click “Register”

§  Click “Submit”

§  On the Join confirmation page, click “Finish”

§  Access the ODI, Retention services Page from Carmen under “Ongoing Courses, Academic Advancement Services, ODI Retention Services.”

o   Non ODI funded or affiliated students

§  Select the page “ODI, Tutoring Program, Student Page”

§  Complete the program registration form

§  Click “Register”

§  Click “Submit”

§  On the Join confirmation page, click “Finish”

§  Access the ODI, Tutoring Program, Student Page from Carmen Home under “Ongoing Courses, Academic Advancement Services, ODI Tutoring Program, Student Page”
