Now Hiring Advisors for our Inbound Call Center:

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound credit card customer calls and resolving customer's questions regarding financial and non-financial issues. You will provide personalized service that meets or exceeds our time and quality expectations. You will handle transactions such as billing inquiries and account changes, and accurately respond to customers' requests and inquiries. To meet those demands, you will focus on understanding the business service policies, systems and legal compliance regulations as well as our products and services. Heavy emphasis will be placed on your communications and interpersonal skills such that all Chase cardholders receive outstanding service. Customers will be offered additional products and services at the end of each call to enhance their current account.
